Most times,I try not to do any typing lessons for my Kindergarten and 1st Graders. I even limit how often I let my 2nd graders do them. It's not that I don't want them to learn how to type properly, it's merely that most times, the maturity and flexibility haven't quite developed enough yet.
However, I have used some of the typing games to at least help students learn where the keys are located on the keyboard.
