BRIEF note...and a request! GIVEAWAY time...

Hello everyone!! I'm sorry for the LONG delay in posting.

Here's the scoop:

I took a new teaching job on in late February. I am teaching full time as a 2nd grade teacher at an inner city charter school in Kansas City. Thus, I've been VERY busy!

It's been very hard to find time to blog. For that, I do apologize!

You may ALWAYS continue to keep up with me, however, via TWITTER and FACEBOOK.

Speaking of Facebook, my page recently hit 500 fans! YAY! Thanks everyone!

I want to hold a BIG giveaway ASAP to celebrate, but I need some help.

If you are able to donate any type of educational product, please visit the link below. I would greatly appreciate it!

Classroom and Teacher Freebies!!

Yes, I am sharing more resources and links for teachers and their classrooms that are FREE!! Some of these are more like wish lists for you to create, but they are still helpful.

Teachers work so hard and many also use their hard earned money to help supply their own classrooms. With budget cuts happening so often lately, it's important to find ways to save money whenever possible.

I hope these links will help out! Enjoy!

Three Ways to Get Free Stuff for the Classroom

Supplies & Donations Needed? There's a Site for That!

We have all most likely heard of or even used Donors Choose to help get much needed supplies for our classrooms and schools. But, did you know there are other sites out there that can also help you get things that you may lack the money for?  I personally have not tried out these other sites, but thought I would share them anyway.

If you or someone you know have used anything other than Donors Choose to help stock up your classroom, then please leave feedback below? We'd all love to hear about the positives and negatives.

Also, if you know of any other similar sites, feel free to share those as well! Thanks.
